Siloh Moses, the owner of nonprofit restaurant Fork and Spoon, tells the story of when he was homeless, eating out of trash cans, and struggling to get back on his feet. He decided to reconnect with an old boss and was given an opportunity that changed his life. Now he does everything he can to lend a hand to those who are in the same position he was in years ago.
